Well. I felt the burn. Boy did I. I even made it almost all the way through 10 minutes of pure ab-rending torture without crying. The flexibility ones aren't too bad.
I will reserve permanent judgement, but I think I need to do some more post-partum friendly stuff for a while. Okay, so it's been a while since I had baby #2, but it has also been a while since I've done serious ab work and I think that maybe I need to do some less "aggressively sculpting" workouts for a while.
I did find some that I can even do while potentially entertaining ONE child, at least.
These post-partum ab workouts from Parents.com are pretty doable and designed to strengthen abs that haven't been doing much lately.
Not going to start doing any "broken disc" ornaments or picture frames with the DVD yet.
Though, if I were as skilled as Sean E Avery, there probably wouldn't be a CD or DVD left in my house.

Still, I need to remind myself that this guy does these things, I love it, they're amazing. So many fascinating and beautiful things out there.
I think maybe I'm going to go do a few of those Parents.com exercises, as I don't feel I actually got much out of whimpering and wussing out on some of those pilates exercises, I need a LITTLE more to feel like I've accomplished something...planks and modified pushups, my 10 minute basic yoga routine...and then a shower, a cup of tea, and some more sleep. If I fall asleep, I can actually get 2-3 more hours and still be up and
