I find it amazing that I work out, I'm physically tired but I just can't sleep.
I clean our room and make it all nice and clean and restful and I still can't sleep.
I put laundry away.
I vacuum the bedroom floor.
I get Curt and we move furniture.
Now, it's 4am.
Nope, not sleeping.
Take that, jogging on the treadmill for 35 minutes.
Take that, peaceful, happy, quiet bedroom.
Seriously?
I accomplished stuff today.
I felt good about it.
I avoided caffeine all day.
I did a lot of physical activity.
Now, I'm just tired.
Now, I'm not sleeping.
It just doesn't make sense.
Ah well.
Maybe it's time to try again.
Maybe this time.
Maybe.
